Episode 38- Cassie Chilton

Podcast Show Notes

Cassie is an educator, performer, and activist. After graduating summa cum laude from Northern Arizona University, she began her career teaching middle school science at a public school. She spends her evenings and weekends performing as a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and actor, as well as volunteering at Arizona’s oldest and largest no-kill shelter, Arizona Animal Welfare League. Cassie has many passions, but perhaps her largest is her desire to enact change through civic engagement, and encouraging others to be informed and active voters.

In this episode, Cassie is sharing about the Red for Ed movement in Arizona, the importance of education in a modern society, and why we should all be engaged in politics.
