How We Make an Impact:
At Chicks Who Give a Hoot, we don’t just talk about change—we create it. Our work is rooted in actionable initiatives that connect female entrepreneurs with the tools, inspiration, and community they need to align their businesses with their values and drive meaningful social impact.
Through the Chicks Who Give a Hoot podcast, we amplify the voices of purpose-driven women who are making waves in their communities. Each episode features candid conversations with inspiring female entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and change-makers who share their journeys, challenges, and actionable insights to help listeners turn their own values into impact.
Our flagship event, held on International Women’s Day, is a full-day experience that brings together visionary women, dynamic speakers, and empowering activations. From thought-provoking panels to a live podcast recording, this event equips attendees with tangible resources, bold inspiration, and the opportunity to connect with a like-minded community.
These platforms are just the beginning. By fostering conversations, creating connections, and offering actionable strategies, we’re empowering women to lead with purpose and use their businesses as vehicles for transformative change.

No Socialites Here
We reject the notion of passive philanthropy. Instead, we champion women who roll up their sleeves and actively engage in the causes they care about, using their influence and resources to make tangible differences in the world.
Inspired Action
We are driven by purposeful action. We support women in taking bold steps that align with their passions, knowing that when intention meets action, transformative change happens.

Lead and Listen
We value the power of leadership that listens. We encourage women to lead with empathy, fostering a culture of collaboration where every voice is heard and respected, and where listening is as important as leading.

A Note from the President
I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling to inspire action and create movements, but it wasn’t always clear to me where to begin. The world’s problems can feel so overwhelming, but I’ve found that change happens when we focus on the intersection of our skills, passion, and purpose.
My journey began in nonprofit communications, where I had the privilege of telling stories that sparked action and amplified impact. While working for a global humanitarian organization, I saw a universal truth: to make a lasting difference, you need to engage women. In every community, women are the catalysts of change, driving progress and influencing outcomes in ways that ripple far beyond their immediate circles.
As my career evolved from nonprofit communications to branding, I recognized a profound connection between the two: both are about amplifying voices, creating alignment, and mobilizing people around a shared purpose. That understanding led me to create the Chicks Who Give a Hoot Podcast—a platform to highlight the stories of women who use their influence and values to make meaningful change.
Today, Chicks Who Give a Hoot has grown into so much more. It’s no longer just a podcast but a movement—an organization committed to mobilizing female entrepreneurs to lead with purpose and create transformative impact. We are here to empower women to align their businesses with their values, support their communities, and uplift women and girls everywhere.
I’m honored to lead this organization and to stand alongside an incredible community of women who are ambitious, unapologetic, and action-oriented. Together, we’re building something extraordinary—a collective of women who are not just talking about change but driving it.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or have been here from the beginning, I invite you to step into your purpose and use your unique talents to create the kind of impact only you can make.
With gratitude and purpose,
Sara Chambers
