Chicks Who Give A Hoot

Podcast Show Notes

Episode 32- Taylor Morrison

April 27, 2018

Taylor Morrison is a quasi-creative, communicator, and a change agent. She leads employee engagement at a telematics startup by day, a brand strategy firm and an e-commerce shop by night, advocates for water and sanitation health in her spare time, and writes every moment in between.

In this episode, Taylor and I are chatting about the importance of diversity and representation across industries, the reasons that water and sanitation are women’s issues, and how to have hard conversations with people who have opposing views.

When you learn people’s views on an issue, you’re learning their story and what’s informed those views. Hopefully, you’re able to enter into that story and provide some color or some context that they hadn’t seen before.
