The Chicks Who Give a Hoot Social Platform Sharing Program invites women on all social spaces to leverage their social platform to benefit charities and non-profits who are doing amazing work, but lack the resources to take advantage of social influencers as strategic partners.
Chicks Who Give a Hoot is built on the idea of women who care being a mighty force in their communities and harnessing that power for the greater good.
I’m inviting women, who participate in any (or all) of the social platforms, to participate. Regardless of the number of followers you have, you have influence in the social space and you’re welcome to participate.
My hope is to bring the power of social influencers together with the story and need of a great non-profit to influence philanthropy, engagement, and buying power in the social space.
Each month, a new non-profit will be selected. All Chicks involved will be asked to voluntarily share content on their social platforms which would give the non-profit an opportunity to reach new audiences, garner new followers, and increase their awareness resulting in higher giving and volunteer participation.
Prior to the beginning of the month, each participating Chick will be emailed the non-profit profile along with suggested content including photos, captions, and hashtags. Each Chick will be asked to post the provided content OR their own curated content to at least one, but hopefully all, of their social platforms at sometime during that particular month.
This program allows social influencers to participate in a community of women who use their platform, social media influence, and eye for great storytelling to engage the next generation of philanthropists.
I hope that you’ll join Chicks Who Give a Hoot in the launch of this new program beginning January 2017. To add your name to list of participating influencers, CLICK HERE.
Participants will be included on the Chicks Who Give a Hoot Contributor page and will be invited to exclusive networking and social good events. They’ll also be given lots of hugs, high fives, and general praise for being amazing socially conscious individuals.
