At our Chicks Who Give a Hoot live event last year, we were thrilled to award our first-ever branding grant to Dr. Danielle Delima of Arise Capital Group!

Out of over 30 incredible applicants, the Board of Directors selected Arise Capital Group for its potential to grow with clarity and purpose. Dr. Danielle and her husband, co‑founder Franz, partnered with our team — including the talented creatives from Elly & Nora Creative — to undergo a full branding transformation.

Before the grant, Arise Capital Group struggled to define what they did, who they served, and why it mattered. Together, we took them from confused to strategic — equipping them with a strong brand message, a clear vision, and a visual identity that commands attention.

We couldn’t be more proud of Dr. Danielle, Franz, and the entire Arise Capital Group team. Their journey exemplifies what this grant is all about: helping passionate business leaders grow with confidence and purpose.

Nomination Form Rules & Requirements

Before submitting your nomination, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility Requirements
- The business must be 51% or more female-owned.
- The nominee must own or represent a small business operating in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- The business owner or representative must be present at the Chicks Who Give a Hoot LIVE Event on March 28, 2026, to accept the award.
Grant Details
- The grant includes a full Brand Strategy and Visual Identity Package valued at $15,000, conducted by the Elly and Nora Creative team.
- The project will be scheduled and completed in 2026, subject to agency availability.
- The winner must sign Elly and Nora Creative’s standard agreement, which protects the agency’s processes and ensures the successful delivery of services.
Participation Requirements
- The grant process will be filmed, recorded, and documented.
- The award winner agrees to participate in an interview with the media team and grants permission for their story and business transformation to be shared publicly.
- The business owner is required to actively participate in strategy sessions with the Elly and Nora Creative team and provide timely feedback according to the project’s schedule and requirements. Failure to adhere to the agency’s processes or deadlines may result in the cancellation or forfeiture of the project.
Additional Tickets
- The grant winner will receive one complimentary ticket to the live event. Any additional tickets for team members or guests must be purchased.
Nomination Consent
- By submitting a nomination, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the nominee to share their contact information and business details.
- You certify that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You consent to being contacted regarding this nomination.
- You agree that the nominee’s details may be reviewed by the Chicks Who Give a Hoot Board of Directors solely for selecting the grant recipient.
Notification
- The grant recipient will be selected by the Chicks Who Give a Hoot Board of Directors and notified the week prior to the live event.
